Top Altcoins (23 picks)
We saw one of the biggest liquidation events in crypto this week, but that's the time to look for entries in the strongest altcoins. I only had 1 open trade because the market was very euphoric. It’s always better to be patient and wait for the price to come near your targets. In a bull market, volatility is the norm, and chasing prices can lead to costly mistakes. Before you realize it, you might end up buying at the peak, exposing yourself to significant downside risk and potential liquidation.
In this Top Altcoins Report, you will find the best-performing altcoins at the moment. They are in a strong uptrend and have a high probability of continuing this trend. My report will help you avoid investing in altcoins with weak charts that often lead to big losses.
I provide you with a detailed trading plan. This includes clear entry points, profit targets, and stop-loss levels tailored to current market conditions. To be clear, I believe that now is actually a better time to hold onto the altcoins until I remove them from the watch list. Given the current high volatility, I’m also widening the stop-loss levels. This approach gives trades more flexibility and room to develop into profitable positions.
If there’s an altcoin you’d like me to cover in the next update, feel free to drop a comment or send me a message!
Bitcoin ($BTC)
Bitcoin remains in an uptrend, showing a strong response on the 4-hour chart with a hammer candlestick. After filling the range low, it bounced and recaptured the critical $98.5K level. However, the range still appears choppy, suggesting the need for caution.
Key Levels to Watch:
Support: $92K, $94.5K, $98.5K (ideal hold)
Resistance: $104K
If Bitcoin holds $98.5K, the setup strengthens for potential upside. However, any failure to hold this level increases the risk of deeper correction.
Ethereum ($ETH)
Ethereum is steadily grinding higher, but $ETHBTC has yet to show a confirmed reversal. On the USD chart, $3500 is the primary support level to watch. For Ethereum to gain momentum, it needs a clean break of $4050.
Key Levels to Watch:
Support: $3500
Resistance: $3850, $4050
A breakout above $4050 would confirm strength and align Ethereum's momentum with Bitcoin’s bullish trend. Until then, the price remains range-bound but promising.
Next, we'll dive into trade setups for 23 select Top Altcoins.
At the end I also mention all altcoins I own in my eToro and memecoin portfolio.
Top Altcoins (23 picks)
Daily chart levels to watch:
(* means it's a stronger altcoin)
*$SOL $215 area support
Stop Loss: $185
Take Profit: $335
Risk/Reward Ratio: 4
Solana is currently underperforming Bitcoin and Ethereum, but I am sure it will start to outperform in 2025 again, when we enter the speculative phase. The last drop in price gave an entry to this trade.
*$TRX 0.216 area support
Stop Loss: $0.17
Take Profit: $0.45
Risk/Reward Ratio: 5
TRX has been on the list for many months and the chart remains in a strong uptrend. I would still wait for a lower price if I had no position.
*$OM $3.35 area support (STOP LOSS HIT + TAKE PROFIT HIT)
Stop loss: 3.25
Take profit: 4.5
Risk / Reward ratio: 4
My OM trade from last week was stopped out during the liquidation event. However, OM remains one of the strongest altcoins, so I re-entered the trade. Two days later, the take-profit target was hit, demonstrating the market's strong favor for OM. I want to enter the same trade again.
$BNB $660 area support (NEW AREA SUPPORT)
Stop loss: 610
Take profit: 860
Risk / Reward ratio: 4
I mentioned in the chat that I entered a BNB trade because it didn’t appear likely to drop to the $600 level. BNB is an excellent altcoin to trade due to its well-defined support and resistance levels. Additionally, I hold a small allocation of BNB in my eToro portfolio.
*$SUI 3.25 area support
Stop loss: 2.6
Take profit: 5.5
Risk / Reward ratio: 3.5
Another new all time high for SUI! I own SUI in my eToro portfolio. The trade came close to the area support.
$FTM 1 area support
Stop loss: 0.88
Take profit: 1.48
Risk / Reward ratio: 4
Clean drop to the area support with a strong response.
I have FTM in my eToro portfolio.
$AAVE 250 area support
Stop loss: 225
Take profit: 375
Risk / Reward ratio: 5
I waited for a dip and successfully entered a position in AAVE, which is one of the coins that gained notable traction after being associated with Trump's crypto wallet. As I mentioned in the chat, I entered AAVE, and the take-profit target was achieved. However, I’m keeping this trade open to capitalize on potential further upside.
$APT 11 area support (NEW AREA SUPPORT)
Stop loss: 10
Take profit: 15
Risk / Reward ratio: 4
*$SUPER 1.65 area support (NEW AREA SUPPORT)
Stop loss: 1.15
Take profit: 3.65
Risk / Reward ratio: 4
The drop in SUPER wasn’t very significant, and the market seemed to recover quickly as buyers stepped in. As I mentioned in the chat, I entered SUPER as a trade to capitalize on its strenght.
$RAY 4.6 area support (NEW AREA SUPPORT)
Stop loss: 3.8
Take profit: 9.3
Risk / Reward ratio: 5.88
RAY will start to do well once Solana becomes stronger. I like how the dip got bought very strongly.
*$DOGE 0.40 area support (8 EMA)
Stop loss: 0.35
Take profit: 0.477
Risk / Reward ratio: 4.4
Patience for DOGE, the chart looks still very strong.
I own DOGE in my eToro portfolio.
$PYTH 0.45 area support (REMOVED)
Compared to AAVE or SUI, this coin appears much weaker, so I decided to remove it from the list.
*$ADA 0.75 area support
Stop loss: 0.67
Take profit: 1.3
Risk / Reward ratio: 6.8
ADA is very strong, but I would wait for a bigger correction before entering. Aggresive traders can try the 0.9 area support.
*$XRP 1.5 area support
Stop loss: 1
Take profit: 3.3
Risk / Reward ratio: 3.6
XRP is overextended but remains bullish.
I hold XRP on eToro.
*$SEI 0.5 area support
Stop loss: 0.4
Take profit: 0.92
Risk / Reward ratio: 4.2
SEI came right to the 0.5 level.
I hold SEI in my eToro portfolio
*$DOT 7.5 area support
Stop loss: 5.75
Take profit: 14.5
Risk / Reward ratio: 4
DOT looks a bit weaker compared to XRP and ADA, but it’s still a bullish chart.
*$HBAR 0.275 area support (NEW AREA SUPPORT)
Stop Loss: 0.225
Take Profit: 525
Risk / Reward ratio: 5
It was mentioned in the chat that I entered this trade, and so far, the price response has been positive.
*$XLM 0.43 area support
Stop loss: 0.35
Take profit: 0.8
Risk / Reward ratio: 4.6
*XLM touched the area support. Conservative traders can wait for the 0.23 area support.
ZEC 50 area support (NEW AREA SUPPORT)
Stop loss: 40
Take profit: 125
Risk / Reward ratio: 7.5
ZEC is a bit weaker compared to XLM or HBAR but could make a catch up move.
*AVAX $38 area support (NEW AREA SUPPORT)
Stop loss: 37
Take profit: 72.8
Risk / Reward ratio: 3.47
AVAX is showing a lot of strenght. This is a very bullish chart.
NEAR $6.30 area support
Stop loss: 5
Take profit: 12
Risk / Reward ratio: 4.4
NEAR came to the area support.
GRT 0.26 area support (NEW AREA SUPPORT)
Stop loss: 0.22
Take profit: 0.5
Risk / Reward ratio: 6
The price came to the area support. The bounce is not as strong.
ALGO 0.40 area support
Stop loss: 0.3
Take profit: 1.1
Risk / Reward ratio: 7
This is the level to hold or I will remove it from my list.
*LINK $20 area support
Stop loss: 17
Take profit: 40
Risk / Reward ratio: 6.6
LINK reached a key area of support and showed a very strong bounce. Notably, it is also associated with Trump’s crypto wallet.
FET $1.55 area support
Stop loss: 1.165
Take profit: 3.86
Risk / Reward ratio: 6
FET broke above recistance and came for a retest.
I own FET in my eToro portfolio.

Thanks for reading!
My criteria for selection:
- Price History: Altcoins must have a price history of over one year.
- Liquidity: Altcoins must be listed on major exchanges like Binance and Coinbase for good liquidity.
What to Expect:
- Buy Levels: I'll share charts of the strongest altcoins, including detailed trade setups for each.
- Risk Management:
I set a stop loss to ensure I lose no more than 1% of my portfolio.
I take profit when my target is reached.
I maintain a maximum of 5 open trades at any given time.
- Dynamic List: Altcoins showing weakness will be replaced by stronger ones.
- Mindset: These trades can span multiple weeks. Given their high probability winrate, it's important to let them fully develop.
Example of a trade:
Trade Setup:
Entry (Support): $56,000
Stop Loss (SL): $53,000
Take Profit (TP): $62,000
Risk/Reward Ratio: 2
Portfolio Details:
Total Capital: $10,000
Max Loss per Trade: 1% ($100)
Steps to Execute:
Enter at Support: Place a limit order at $56,000 to buy Bitcoin.
Set Stop Loss: Place a Stop Loss at $53,000 to automatically close the trade if the price drops, limiting your loss to $100.
Set Take Profit: Set Take Profit at $62,000 to close the trade with a profit, aiming for a 2:1 reward-to-risk ratio.
Adjusting Trade Quantity:
To ensure your Stop Loss and Take Profit are accurate to your desired risk, adjust the quantity of the trade. In this case, with a $3,000 difference between your entry and Stop Loss, calculate the trade size so that a $3,000 move results in a $100 loss.
For example, if you want to risk $100, your trade size should be around 0.033 BTC. This allows you to fine-tune both your Take Profit and Stop Loss.
On platforms like Bybit, you can adjust the exact quantity of the trade to make sure your losses and profits are in line with your risk management strategy.

Hi Tim, just wondering when your TP levels are hit is that when you will completely exit each coin or will you begin to scale out? I'm also following Project10X on eToro and on here and he has 3 levels to take 20/20/60 out so I was just wondering what your plan is? Thx
Hi James, good question. For trades I always take full profit at the TP and cut loss at the stop loss.
Only when a coin is really strong like AAVE, I will scale out at a resistance level. 20/20/60 is a good way to scale out. The coins with a * (star sign) in the report are the stronger coins where you can scale out.
On eToro I also scaled out on XRP at resistance levels. However, as long as the chart remains bullish (and on my list), I will keep some allocation in my portfolio untill the trend changes.
Let me know if this answers your question.
