Crypto summer is here
How low can a normal Bitcoin correction go?
Bitcoin has officially broken below 60k, signaling that more patience is needed, especially for new price discovery. This doesn't change the overall four-year cycle view. Historically, Bitcoin undergoes 30% to 40% corrections, and it's currently only at a 21% correction from the March highs. A 30% correction would bring Bitcoin to 51.5k, and a 40% correction would take it to 44k. These are not predictions but numbers to keep in mind for what could be a typical Bitcoin correction.
We're also seeing the classic altcoin downturn, which forces me to cut positions that have broken predetermined support levels. This helps prevent larger losses in my portfolio and frees up cash to look for better opportunities.
For my core positions in BTC, ETH, and SOL, I'm not planning to sell anytime soon. All three benefit from the ETF narrative, and the market will eventually turn bullish again with lower rates and heavy printing expectations.
Hope you enjoy my updates. Don't hesitate to follow so we can profit together!
